I have been painting wall murals past three months and it definitely has been a beautiful journey. This one is the last wall that I painted and I haven’t posted any of the other wall murals, but it’s just so difficult for me to keep up with posting my work. I will therefore make every effort to show you all my creations as soon as possible. To give you all a life update, I have just returned to Mumbai from a three and a half month journey across Himachal Pradesh and I intend to return soon for painting more such wall murals. On a related note, if you have an empty wall and want it painted, do reach out to me. I absolutely love giving life to walls.
This painting is located at Mudhouse Hostels in Jibhi, where you can visit and sip your coffee while viewing it. I’ve long wondered what I should paint on this wall. While dining, I’ve had moments where I’ve just stared at this wall, and I knew I wanted something bold and powerful in this space. I wished to leave a mark here. That’s the thing about painting walls—you leave a piece of yourself in these breathtaking places, and it just makes me feel special. I will always be grateful to the E-Living Project for trusting me with their walls. You know, painting this specific wall presented a lot of difficulties, and at one point I worried that I wouldn’t be able to do it at all because it was almost impossible to reach the wall safely. Fortunately, my friends built a sturdy ramp so I could stand on it and paint it. Interestingly, I worked quickly on this project considering that I’m still painting the most of it out of concern about hurting myself if I fall.
This wall mural, Fire and Ice, is a magnificent painting that represents strength, power and resiliency. A wolf is rising from the ashes. I have had a self-empowering journey and I'm slowly discovering my artistic voice.
Happy Creating.
